About The AUTHOR

Carole Bosanko worked as a clinical psychologist in the National Health Service for over 30 years. She is also a mindful self-compassion teacher and has run many courses, workshops and events across the UK.

Carole uses meditation, mindfulness and self-compassion within her own life and is passionate about developing approaches that help people improve their health and well-being.

This is the first of a series of books that show how mindfulness and self-compassion can enhance our daily lives.
